The Boston Celtics and Chicago Bulls will face off in Game 6 of the NBA’s Eastern Conference Quarterfinal Matchup. The Bulls started out 2-0 winning the first two games of this series but have since dropped 3 straight to the Celtics. The Bulls dropped both games in Chicago and the last game in Boston, but now get a shot at redemption returning home for Game 6 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

The last 10 times these two played each other, the Celtics are 6-4 SU and ATS.

Boston Come Back After Falling 0-2 To Win 3 Straight

The Boston Celtics entered the NBA’s postseason as the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference Playoffs. The Celtics are 56-31 SU and 43-42-2 ATS. They were 25-18 on the road this year and played 42 of their 87 games over the posted total. The Celtics are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games on the road.

They have the 7th ranked offense, averaging 108 points per game, and 15th ranked defense, holding their opponents to 105.4 points per game.

Bulls Looking To Even Series At Home

The Chicago Bulls are 43-44 SU and 44-43 ATS. They were 25-18 at home this year and played 51 of their 87 games under the posted total.

The Bulls have the 23rd ranked offense in the NBA and the 6th ranked defense. They are led on the court by SF Jimmy Butler. Butler is averaging 23.9 points per game and is averaging 37 minutes per game. Butler is shooting 36.7% from beyond the 3 point line and is also shooting 86.5% from the free throw line. Butler is currently nursing a sore knee but is expected to play on Friday night.

The Bulls will be without Rajon Rondo for another game as he has already been ruled out of game 6.

Celtics Win Series In Chicago

The Celtics lost games 1 and 2 but they had an excuse in the fact that Isaiah Thomas simply wasn’t mentally in the games with just finding out that his sister tragically passed away in an automobile accident. After he spent some time with the family and grieved as a group, he has returned and the Celtics have been a much different team. They are simply a better team than the Bulls and tonight I think they wrap up the series.
