UFC 211

We are back this week for UFC 211 with 3 more MMA handicapping free plays. We have absolutely been on fire posting a 17-3 record in 2017. We have hit our last 5 plays and are up 30 units on the year. This week, we have three plays that we feel are top level plays and looking to cash in for 3 more winners! Let’s see what we have for this week in UFC 211.

Stipe Miocic vs. Junior Dos Santos

The first fight we are looking at the main event on the card, UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic vs. Junior Dos Santos. This fight is a rematch from UFC on Fox 13 back on December 13, 2014, where JDS won by unanimous decision. That fight was pretty much a boxing match without the big pillows on their hands. Stipe Miocic learned a valuable lesson in that fight, don’t get into a boxing match with JDS because he will outstrike most heavyweights in a 5 round fight. Since that fight, Miocic has gone on a tear, winning his next four fights, all by KO, three in the first round. Miocic has found sort of urgency in fights and I attribute that to the JDS fight where he played the game plan of turning a fight into a boxing match. JDS will come out looking to keep the fight on the feet and Miocic will be looking to end the fight early, like his last 3. Someone is getting knocked out in the first round!

PICK: Stipe Miocic vs. Junior Dos Santos Under 1.5 rounds at -175 for 2 Units

Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs. Jessica Andrade

The next fight we are looking at is for the women’s UFC Strawweight Title between Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Jessica Andrade. Jedrzejczyk is undefeated at 13-0 and will be making her 5th title defense. She is 7-0 in the UFC with 5 of the wins coming by way of decision. Jedrzejczyk is a talented striker that was a five-time IFMA Muay Thai World Champion and four-time IFMA Muay Thai European Champion. She will be facing a talented fighter in Jessica Andrade. Andrade entered the UFC as a bantamweight fighter but made the drop to strawweight and has not lost since. She is 3-0 as a bantamweight and will now be looking to dethrone the champion, Jedrzejczyk. Both of these ladies are talented strikers, that throw a lot of strikes each fight. Andrade has one of the best cardio gas tanks in all of MMA and she is going to come out swinging for the fences! Both of these ladies are going to want to finish their opponent early in this fight as they don’t want to go into the later rounds. I like this fight to go under the 3.5 rounds

PICK: Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs. Jessica Andrade Under 3.5 Rounds +155 for 3 Units

Chase Sherman vs. Rashad Coulter

Chase Sherman is fighting for his UFC career. He is 0-2 in his career, losing both his fights to Walt Harris and Justin Ledet. Sherman struggles against stand up strikers and has a tendency to leave his chin out after throwing a punch. He will be taking on Rashad Coulter, who is making his UFC debut. Coulter is a pro boxer that is 4-0 in his boxing career. Coulter has the hometown advantage as he is from Texas. Coulter has finished all of his opponents by KO and 6 of them in the very 1st round. Coulter and Sherman should both probably be fighting in the Light Heavyweight division but this fight is scheduled at Heavyweight. That means no one will be cutting weight and cardio will probably be an issue. This fight ends in the 1st round one way or another!

PICK: Chase Sherman vs. Rashad Coulter Under 1.5 Rounds -160 for 2 Units
