In the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game on Thursday August 3rd, the Arizona Cardinals will take on the Dallas Cowboys. It will be the first preseason game of the 2017 NFL Preseason. The Cowboys were 2nd in rushing yards with 150 per game, and 23rd in passing. Cole Beasley was the top receiver a season ago, with 833 yards and 5 touchdowns. Defensively, the Cowboys allowed 19.1 points per game.

Cardinals Seeking Bounce Back

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a big time bounce back season. The Cardinals scored 418 points, and allowed 362, but went under .500. The Cardinals are still using veteran quarterback Carson Palmer, who threw for more than 4,200 yards and 26 touchdowns a season ago.

David Johnson burst onto the scene last season. The running back for Arizona finished the season with more than 1,200 yards and 16 touchdowns. Larry Fitzgerald remained the top receiver with 107 receptions and 6 touchdowns. The Cardinals were 9th in passing yards with 258.5 yards per game.
